Whitetail Dreams Outfitters, LLC is owned and operated by husband and wife, Matt and Kristine Babson.

Matt was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, learning to hunt and fish at an early age with his father, his Papa Troy taught him upland bird hunting and he coon hunted with his other grandfather, Pa Bull.  Those lessons have made Matt the avid hunter he is today.

Kristine was born and raised in New York, in a small town in Putnam County.  Her dad and other family members were big deer hunters in upstate New York.  From a young age, Kristine was always helping her mom and grandma in the kitchen, they taught her how to cook and bake family and traditional Italian recipes and she still loves to do that today.

Kristine migrated to South Carolina in 2004.  She met Matt in 2013.  His passion for bow hunting piqued her interest, and she started accompanying him on hunts in North Carolina.  Soon thereafter, Matt started teaching her how to shoot a Mathews bow and she feel in love with  it, and has been hunting with him since.  Kristine took her first turkey with a bow in Spring of 2022.

They were married in 2018, live on the coast in North Carolina and have 4 beautiful girls between them that love the outdoors.  They also have 3 fur babies, Sunni, a Yellow Lab, Beau, a Chocolate Lab mix, and a French Bulldog named Peppa.

Matt and Kristine hunt for Mature Whitetail on their multiple parcels of private land in North Carolina, Ohio, Western Kentucky and Alabama.  Matt has years of hunting experience all over the United States.  They are passionate about managing, growing and hunting Mature Whitetail.

Entertaining and hosting family and friends is one of their fortes that they truly enjoy and thrive at, whether it’s a smoked brisket or one of a kind baked goods they are here to show you a great time.  Starting Whitetail Dreams Outfitters is a dream come true for Matt and Kristine, and they hope to share the experience with hunters that have the same passion and views they do.
